Merrick Rosenberg will be leading us in a highly-interactive and informative look at the four personality styles and how they impact our relationships. Through a series of engaging activities, we will learn how to identify our own style and the styles of others, along with some valuable strategies for improving our communications with everyone we meet.
Merrick co-founded Take Flight Learning in 1991 and is the author of Taking Flight!, a book about the DISC behavioral styles. In addition to being an entrepreneur and author, Merrick has led sessions throughout the United States and around the world. He received his MBA from Drexel University who recently selected him as the Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year. Under Merrick’s leadership, Take Flight Learning has been recognized as the New Jersey Business of the Year and named one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work in the Philadelphia area. Merrick has led training for more than 20,000 people in small and large corporations. He has worked with more than two-thirds of the current Fortune 100 companies in 46 states and around the world.
